Handbook Early Release..

Parents are requested to arrange medical, dental, and other appointments for their children outside school hours: that is, after 2:15 p.m. or on school holidays. Any dismissal before 2:15 p.m. must be requested with a note. The note must be brought to the office before 8:00 a.m. and must:

1. be dated
2. give a valid reason for the dismissal
3. specify the student's departure time
4. indicate a phone number where the parent can be reached during the day
5. be signed by the parent

Parents must come to the office personally to pick up their students. For the protection of our students, we will not excuse students unless the parent/guardian comes to the school office to pick the student up. During final exams at the end of the school year, students must have a special form filled out by parents/guardian to be released early.
